Mr. Griscti has practiced in criminal defense, from investigations to trials, appeals and post-conviction remedies in state, federal and international matters, for over 45 years. In that time he often has represented victims of criminal acts.  

There are numerous procedures in criminal defense and in victim's advocacy that require experience for appropriate guidance to clients.  

For example, as a victim's advocate, asset forfeiture and other criminal and civil financial penalties against a criminal defendant often affect others who are innocent co-owners of properties. Victim remedies are available through criminal and civil courts.
