Appellate Law

Mr. Griscti has practiced in Florida and Federal appellate courts throughout his career. He has been a member of the Supreme Court of the United States Bar since 1990 and the 11th and 5th Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal since 1981. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of the State of Florida and Florida's statewide District Courts of Appeal in cases that established constitutional reform and precedent.
