CRIMINAL LAW ADVOCACY

Throughout his career, Mr. Griscti has represented accused clients in criminal proceedings, from investigations to trials, appeals and post-conviction remedies in complex state, federal and international matters. He now consults in specific disciplines with a client and counsel for that client; 

He also counsels with victims of criminal conduct and assists. Criminal victim's advocacy requires appropriate guidance to clients, including reporting accurately to appropriate law enforcement agencies; consulting with clients regarding testimonial and documentary preparation and presentation; and obtaining financial restitution, asset forfeiture, and other judicial remedies for innocent parties.. This may require referral to civil trial counsel for litigation.

Mr. Griscti's objective is to provide timely consultation and strategically sound and efficient resolution of these serious matters without formal litigation.
