Throughout his career, Mr. Griscti has represented accused clients in criminal proceedings, from investigations to trials, appeals and post-conviction remedies in complex state, federal and international matters. He now consults in these disciplines. 

He also provides counsel in matters concerning victims of criminal conduct. Criminal victim's advocacy requires appropriate and timely guidance to innocent third parties, including reporting accurately to appropriate law enforcement agencies; preparing testimonial and documentary evidence; and obtaining financial restitution and relief from asset forfeiture..
